| Braveheart Plus The group aim to provide continuous support, guidance and focus sufferers from Coronary Heart Disease and other interested persons. There is a full programme of talks and presentations on health matters such as diet, medication, physical activity and other related topics as well as opportunities for individuals to discuss their health and other problems with qualified Senior Health Mentors who are present at each meeting. Meetings are held every second Monday of the Month between 1.30pm – 3.30pm. | |
