Evening Card Class starts on Wednesday 22nd October 2008 for 6 weeks. Would you like to learn how to make your own Birthday, Christmas and Easter cards. Please call office to leave your name to be added to class.

Tai Chi
This very popular class is held every Thursday evening from 6pm-7pm. Just come along on the night to try it out.
Mariner Twirlers

Pilates
Pilates is a workout for the body and the mind. The class focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. Some of the benefits of practicing Pilates are improvements in strength, flexibility and posture. This group meets every Wednesday morning 10.00a.m.-11.00a.m. Costing £2.50 per class.
Zumba Class
Ditch the workout and join the party!! Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin and International rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness session that will blow you away! Classes feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. So come and join the party on Thursday evenings 7.30-8.30pm cost £3.50 per class
Line Dancing
The Tangled Boots Line Dancing Group meet on a Wednesday afternoon 1-3pm and
Wednesday evening 6pm – 7pm for beginners and 7pm – 9pm for the more advanced, also a Friday afternoon between 1pm – 3pm.
Camelon Arts Junior Dance Group
This group specialises in Jazz Dance and Freestyle. Pre-school dance for fun classes are on Thursday's 4.15 - 5pm for Age 4-6 years 5pm—5.45pm Age 7-11 years Age 11 years and upwards 6pm—7.10pm. Not on during the school holidays.
Carpet Bowls
This group meet on a Tuesday afternoons in the Rosebank Hall (Assembly Hall)during the winter months 1.30pm – 4pm. They take part in league competitions and play friendly home and away matches. New players welcome.
Fitness Training
This group founded by Willie Abercrombie meets on a Monday - Thursday 6pm-9pm and Friday 6pm – 8pm. Men and Women made welcome by our coaches.
Water-colour Painting
Watercolour Painting Classes meet every Monday and Friday 10am – 12pm and Tuesday evening 7pm – 9pm. Due to popular demand we have started another art class on a Thursday 1 - 3pm this class is fortnightly. Monday and Friday groups are full at the moment; names can be added to waiting list. Limited spaces available for Tuesday Evening class.
Relaxation & Meditation
At the end of a stressful day have you ever felt tense and in need of a Massage then this group is for you to help you relax and unwind. Margaret Rowan who also specialises in Aromatherapy takes this class on a Wednesday 7pm – 9pm.
Falkirk Embroiderers
This group meet on a Monday afternoon 2pm – 4pm. Class runs from September till May.
Stenhouse School Of Dance

Camelon Local History Group
This group is held on the last Tuesday of the month from 7pm – 9pm and includes topic discussions.
Camelon Youth Club P7-S4
This group meet in the Olympic Hall at present on Monday evenings 7pm – 9pm. The cost is 50p per session. Activities include cookery, trips, computers, music and dance, discussions, pool, arts and crafts and many more.
